The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Sonaluma Jürgens, Schätzler, Häring GbRRheinaustr. 24, 50676 Köln, Germany
Email: mail@sonaluma.show
You can contact us at this address with questions about data protection or to exercise your rights.
2. Website delivery and hosting
Our website, including its image and video files, is hosted by Site.de. The provider is Site B.V., Operetteweg 7, 1323 VJ Almere, Netherlands (company registration number 53309847).
Technical connection data is processed when you visit this website. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page or file, the HTTP status, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information, and the previously visited page (referrer URL), where provided by your browser.
Processing serves to deliver the website, ensure stable and secure operation, and detect and investigate technical faults and abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website. The hosting provider receives the data necessary for this purpose.
Access logs are stored for security and fault analysis. Their retention period depends on how long the data is needed for these purposes. In the event of specific security incidents, longer retention may be necessary for investigation and legal action.
Site.de states that its hosting servers operate within the European Union. Information about the provider is available at site.de/uber-uns.
Processing the connection data is technically necessary. Without it, the website cannot be delivered to your browser.
3. Contact by email
If you send us an email, we process your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you provide, such as your name and contact details, to handle your enquiry.
If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to your enquiry.
We use email service providers to send, receive and store emails. They receive the data needed for the technical handling of our correspondence.
We delete correspondence once the enquiry has been fully handled and the data is no longer needed. Where statutory retention obligations apply, we retain the relevant records until the applicable period expires; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Longer retention to assert or defend specific legal claims takes place only where necessary, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You choose voluntarily what information to share with us. Without a means of contacting you or sufficient information, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
The email link opens your email application. Clicking it does not send us a message.
4. Cookies, audience measurement and external content
Images and typography on this website are provided without external image or font providers. This static website does not set cookies or use analytics or marketing tools. No external fonts, maps, social media plugins or video players are loaded.
Our website is available in German and English at separate addresses. We detect your preferred browser language only within your browser and may display a language-switch suggestion on the home page. No automatic redirect takes place.
When you manually select a language using the DE/EN switch, we store only the value “de” or “en” under the key “sonaluma-language” in your browser’s local storage. This selection takes precedence over your browser language for future language suggestions. Both language versions remain directly accessible at all times. The value is not transmitted to us or third parties and is not used for analytics or advertising. Storage supports the language function you selected (Section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG). You can change the selection at any time using the switch, or remove it by clearing website data in your browser. The entry remains stored until then. If your browser prevents storage, the switch still works but your selection is not retained permanently.
The home page trailer is loaded directly from our webspace and played in the browser’s native video player. The connection data necessary for delivery is processed as described in section 2. No external video service is embedded. Playback settings are not stored permanently.
External links establish a connection to the respective provider only when you open them. Processing on the linked website is subject to that provider’s privacy information.
Our Instagram profile @sonaluma.show is provided only as a link. No Instagram content or plugins are embedded. Visiting this website alone therefore does not transfer data to Instagram through that link. This policy describes processing on our website; using Instagram is a separate matter.
5. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the following rights:
- Access to information about the processing of your data (Article 15 GDPR),
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR),
- Erasure of your data (Article 17 GDPR),
- Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- Data portability for automated processing based on consent or a contract (Article 20 GDPR).
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
If we process your data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You can object to processing of your data for direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
Under Article 77 GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement has occurred. The authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is:
